This website is an informational marketing site. Its interactive features are a savings calculator and a savings-analysis request form. There is no account, login, payment, or customer portal on this site.

Information you submit. If you use the savings-analysis request form, we receive the fields you complete: your name and work email (required), and — only if you choose to provide them — company, location, role, and a short description of the decision you would like to optimize. If you check the optional marketing box, we also record that you asked to receive occasional email updates.

Calculator inputs. The spend figure and decision area you select in the on-page savings calculator are used in your browser to display an estimate. Those values are not transmitted to us by the calculator.

Email and phone contact. If you email or call the addresses and number published on this site, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Server request data. Like most websites, this site is served by hosting infrastructure that processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL in order to deliver pages and maintain security. This is handled by our hosting provider rather than by code in this site.

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or profiling, and it does not embed third-party analytics or advertising tags. Because there is no non-essential tracking to consent to, no cookie banner or consent manager is presented. If tracking technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and a preference manager with equally prominent accept, reject, and manage options — honoring Global Privacy Control signals — will be added before those technologies load.

Your browser may still send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Since we run no non-essential tracking on this site, there is nothing for those signals to switch off here.

• To send occasional email updates, only if you separately opted in.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for optional marketing email, and on our legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries and keeping the site secure) for the rest. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We use third-party providers to run this site and our business communications — for example website hosting and email. Those providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver their service. We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We do not use the information submitted through this site to serve you targeted advertising. Specific vendor identities, contract terms, and any onward transfers are maintained by Optimal Answers and are available on request through the contact below.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and then delete or archive it in line with our internal retention practices. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner using the contact below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email analysis@optimalanswers.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any such message or email us.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved, including transport encryption for this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — in the request form or in email to us. We do not ask for it and do not need it to prepare a savings analysis. If you need to share confidential business data for an engagement, ask us about an NDA and a secure transfer method first.

This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Optimal Answers operates in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, information you submit will be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your location.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where the change is material, provide a more prominent notice.
